President's Message

Dear Goldcrest Neighbor,

What an odd year this has been! The pandemic has hit everyone hard, and Goldcrest has been no exception. Our annual meeting was canceled, and, with the pandemic still a problem, and following state guidelines, we are not going to schedule an annual meeting for this spring. Hopefully, we can hold the meeting in the fall, once most of the populace has taken the vaccine. Besides being unable to hold an annual meeting in 2020, we have also found that many more people than usual have not paid their annual homeowner dues, which were due in April 2020. Because of the Washington State of Emergency, we are not charging any interest on dues that are owed. If you have not been able to pay your dues because of the pandemic, please contact us at goldcresthoa@gmail.com to arrange a payment plan.

In good news, we have FOUR new Board Members, Amber, Mint, Hannah, and Alan. Thank you for volunteering!

Board members are volunteers who care about our neighborhood and devote their time to keeping Goldcrest a desirable place to live! On a personal note, I'd like to thank Bonnie Herrington for her many years of service as the City of Olympia Liaison and as a Board member. We will all miss your practical wisdom! Thank you so much for reading this, and for continuing to support your Homeowners Association! We're here for you!
