President's Message

Dear Goldcrest Neighbor,

Happy 2025, Goldcrest residents! I hope that this new(ish) year finds you all well! In our little corner of west Olympia, your HOA has been working to make your neighborhood more attractive and a pleasure to call home. We have undertaken a multi-year project to beautify and stabilize the hillside on Gold crest Drive near Cooper Point Road by planting native vegetation and landscape rocks. We are also continuing to put in daffodil bulbs throughout our common areas. We hope that you enjoy their lovely golden color!

We have also added a small storage shed in the park to store the HOA's signs and other outdoor supplies so that they can be easily accessed when needed and to preserve them for future use.
This is YOUR homeowners association, and the Board wants to take its direction from the homeowners, so if you have any suggestions as to how to make the HOA better, or if there are any tasks or projects you would like to see done (or any concerns you have), please email us at hoa@goldcrestolympia.org.

Our volunteers are the lifeblood of the HOA. Our needs right now are homeowners to be on the Board due to the retirement of Bob Jones. Bob has been an INVALUABLE asset to this community, and we (and especially I) thank him for his many years of service! We also need homeowners to be on various committees, including the Covenants Committee, the Architectural Control Committee, the Welcome Committee, and the Bylaws Review Committee. If you are interested in serving on any of these, or see any other needs, please email us. Thanks and have a great year!

Best regards,
Goldcrest HOA President
